On Traffic - H&L System

Don't you just hate it when real rude drivers still thrive along EDSA?

Oftentimes i think about getting down from my vehicle and arresting the driver myself -- but that's just too risky for someone as fragile like me. Then I thought, what if drivers or passengers have the power to arrest their own kind for traffic violations? What if we can bust the tires of those bully drivers. But then I thought then what would be our protection if someone just decides to bust mine for no reason. What if, there's a device that could halt and lock an offending vehicle if about 5-6 nearby vehicles decides to halt and lock it.

Here's how it would work -- install a system in all vehicles that has the ability to target, halt, and lock offending vehicles by pressing some buttons lke how you see in the movies. It could work via infrared or some censor device smart people can figure out later on. To minimize abuse and revenge, there has to be consensus amongst 5-6 nearby vehicles, meaning, 5-6 vehicles will have to halt and lock the offender before his vehicle gets halted and locked. The system will prompt you if a nearby vehicle has already tried to "H&L" you, thus making you more mindful about your driving manners.

Once you get H&L'd, you won't be able to maneuver your vehicle and it will release a loud siren that you are being H&L'd. The loud siren will signal other vehicles about the situation, and should be enough to embarass the offending driver. The system will automatically maneuver the H&L's vehicle to a nearby shoulder and it will stay there for about 30minutes depending on how many H&L'd him. the vehicle will remain locked and neither passengers nor driver will not be able to get out.

All H&L'd vehicles should be attended to immediately by roving police officers who will receive signals on their system that a vehicle has been H&L'd to check on safety of H&L's driver and passengers -- in case there is an emergency. If none, honorable police officers should proceed with their other responsibilities and leave the stinking vehicle off the roads.
